  • Please message me directly through your Practice Better client portal linked above. If you are a new or prospective client, please use the contact form linked on this website.

  • Please book a Continuing Consultation to check in and have your formulas refilled.

  • You will receive an email saying that I have shared a document with you through the Practice Better client portal. Click on the link in the email to view the document, or just sign into your client portal directly.

  • For services cancelled under 24hrs. notice, you will be charged 25% of your service fee [at standard pricing].

  • Recommendations from an initial consultation will be sent within 72 hours. Recommendations from an continuing consultation will be sent within 48 hours. If you are experiencing an acute need, feedback can typically be given in a 24hr. window.

  • YES, PLEASE. Play with herbal tarot, grow some sprouts in a mason jar, shop at local apothecaries, sit in silence with plants and listen to what they might have to share with you, sip tea, play with tinctures, make a salve for your friends, draw plants, start a small plot at a community garden dedicated to growing herbs…the list is endless! What can you think of?
